My mother, who singlehandedly raised my brother and I when my father left us.
And my closest friend, who handles everything that life throws at her, including a severely handicapped child.

I know this sounds cliche, but by far the most influential woman in my life is my mother. She has sculpted me into the emerging artist that I am today, encouraging me every step along the way.

My Grandma was one of the strongest women I have ever met. She lost her daughter and three weeks later her husband died of a heart attack and she bounced back and at 48 got her first job to look after herself and her teenage daughter. She always taught me to just take whatever life throws and deal with it. cardshark42(at)hotmail(dot)com

Hands down- my grandmothers and great aunts. Phenominal, strong, wild women. I named my studio after them (Wadsworth-Noll) to make sure I strive every day to become a woman/artist that they be proud of.
warm regards,
Tracey
