We have a big family so we always play alot of games like holiday pictionary, but my favorite game is were we wrap one gift several times using alot of tape including duct tape, lots of boxes inside boxes. Everyone gets in a circle and the first person rolls the dice and you have to roll a 1, you only get one chance each round. If you get a 1, then you put on oven mitts and try to open the present while the others pass around the dice trying to roll a 1 for there turn to open the present, whoever gets it open wins the prize inside. It's great fun and gets really loud and rowdy.

We celebrate christmas. Every year our favorite thing to do is turn off all the lights in the house except the tree lights and just sit with a cup of hot chocolate and listen to christmas carols and watch the shadows the lights play on the wall. So relaxing!

My dad's side of the family is Norwegian and Swedish, and so for Christmas especially we make a special, yummy dish called lefse. It's a flatbread made from potatos, milk/cream, and flour, then cooked on a griddle. Afterward you spread on butter/margarine, spoon on some sugar, roll it up, and mmm--exercise-inducing awesomeness! \(>.<)/ LOL

We always celebrate Christmas with the whole family, including the extended family. We have dinner on the 24th, then go for a midnight mass on Christmas Eve. It has always been my favorite holiday because this is the only time when the family is complete. Unfortunately, grandma passed away August of this year so she will be terribly missed this Christmas.
